What we're building

SCOUT brings leads, customers, jobs, scheduling, communication, revenue and company knowledge into a single operating system, then handles the routine, repeatable work so the owner can stay focused on the decisions only they can make. How we think about control

SCOUT is not built to run a business unattended. It observes what's happening, organizes it, prepares the next step, and recommends what to do -- and it only executes the specific actions an owner has explicitly authorized. See Security for how that boundary is enforced in the product.
