What is SCOUT?
SCOUT is an operating system for owner-run service businesses. It connects leads, customers, scheduling, communication, revenue and company knowledge into one place and handles routine work under owner-defined rules. See Features.
Does SCOUT act on its own?
No. SCOUT observes, organizes, prepares, and recommends. It only executes the specific actions an owner has explicitly authorized it to take. See Security and the Terms section on autonomous actions.
What does SCOUT cost?
See Pricing for current plans.
Can I try SCOUT before paying?
Yes — see the live demo, which puts you directly into a populated Owner OS with sample data.
Does SCOUT offer prorated billing or discounts?
SCOUT does not prorate mid-cycle plan changes. The only exception is a coupon explicitly applied by an authorized SCOUT team member to a specific account — customers cannot apply their own discounts. See Terms.
Who owns my business data in SCOUT?
You do. See the Customer Data section of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
How do I reach support?
