For administrators

Platform administrators use a dedicated, separately authenticated admin area (Admin Portal) for account lifecycle and billing operations. That area is not part of this public documentation and requires its own credentials.

Attorney/business review: a full public API reference is not published at this path. If SCOUT later exposes a public API, link or embed the real reference here rather than implying one exists today.
